Definitions

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below. Understanding these definitions is essential to interpreting your rights and obligations when using the ah444 platform.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use an ah444 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Players aged under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using ah444 under any circumstances.
• You are accessing ah444 voluntarily and for your own personal entertainment, not on behalf of any third party or commercial entity.
• You are not a resident of, or currently located in, a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of ah444 or any affiliated company, game provider, or payment partner.
• You have not previously had an ah444 account closed for fraudulent activity, terms violations, or self-exclusion at your own request (permanent self-exclusion).
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You are registering and using the platform in good faith, with your own real identity and a genuine Bangladesh mobile number.

ah444 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point during a Player's use of the platform. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account on ah444. Duplicate accounts — whether created using the same identity, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method — are strictly prohibited. ah444 actively monitors for duplicate account activity and will merge, restrict, or close duplicate accounts and forfeit associated balances.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. ah444 will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by your failure to maintain accurate account details.

Account security is your responsibility. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Notify ah444 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

ah444 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing withdrawals, after a promotional win, or as part of routine platform security checks. Accounts that fail or refuse KYC verification may have withdrawals suspended until the process is completed to ah444's satisfaction.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on ah444 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ah444 does not impose fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket) may apply their own transaction charges. You are responsible for understanding your payment provider's fee structure.

Supported Deposit Methods:

• Mobile Money: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — deposits typically clear within 60 seconds.
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank — processing times vary by institution.

Withdrawal Processing:

• Withdrawal requests are processed by ah444's finance team within 24 hours on business days.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad typically arrive within 2 hours of processing approval during standard hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• ah444 may request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request. Failure to provide required documents within 7 days will result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to the player's account balance.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible.

ah444 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other activity that breaches these Terms & Conditions. In such circumstances, ah444 will notify the player via their registered email address and may request additional verification documentation.

Bonuses & Promotions

ah444 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. Where individual promotion terms conflict with these general rules, the individual promotion terms take precedence.

Welcome Bonus: New members who register and make their first qualifying deposit on ah444 are eligible for a 100% welcome bonus up to ৳20,000. No bonus code is required. The welcome bonus is credited automatically to the account following the qualifying deposit.

General Bonus Rules:

• All bonus credit is subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in that promotion's individual terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus. Bonus credit and associated pending winnings expire if the requirement is not completed within this period.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute a lower percentage, and certain games may be excluded entirely. Contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
• ah444 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and withhold associated winnings if it determines that the bonus was claimed fraudulently, through exploitation of a technical error, or in breach of these terms.
• A player may only claim one welcome bonus. Subsequent registrations using different details to claim additional welcome bonuses constitute fraud and will result in account closure.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied in full.

Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

The ah444 platform is provided for the personal entertainment of individual adult players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live dealer tables, poker variants, or any multiplayer format.
• Fraud & Chargebacks: Making fraudulent deposits, initiating unjustified chargebacks with your payment provider, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers through multiple accounts, coordinated wagering patterns, or misrepresentation of eligibility.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated mechanism to place bets or interact with games on ah444.
• Money Laundering: Using ah444 as a mechanism to launder funds of any origin. ah444 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in cases of suspected financial crime.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any other person to access or use your ah444 account, whether for betting, withdrawals, or any other purpose.
• Minors Gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to ah444 by any person under the age of 18.
• Abusive Conduct: Using threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or offensive language toward ah444 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Technical Exploitation: Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the ah444 platform or any game to gain an unfair advantage. Suspected bugs must be reported to support immediately.

ah444 employs advanced fraud detection technology to monitor all platform activity. Accounts found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately pending investigation. Confirmed violations will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ah444 platform — including but not limited to the ah444 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, icons, audio, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of ah444 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ah444 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the ah444 platform or its content.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any ah444 software or content.
• Use the ah444 brand, logo, or name in any commercial context without express written permission.
• Frame or mirror the ah444 website on any other domain or platform.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the ah444 platform by automated or manual means.

Game content displayed on ah444 is provided under licence from third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. All trademarks and copyrights in such content remain the property of the respective studios.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ah444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or expected winnings due to technical failure, game error, or connection interruption.
• Loss of data, account information, or game history.
• Interruption of service due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.
• Actions taken by ah444 in good faith to enforce these Terms & Conditions, including account suspension or closure.
• Financial losses resulting from gambling activity on the platform — including all bets placed and games played.

ah444 makes reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability and game integrity. However, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malware at all times. In the event of a game malfunction or incorrect display of odds or payouts due to a technical error, ah444 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the staked amount to the player's account balance.

Where a maximum liability cap is required by applicable law, ah444's total liability to any individual player in any twelve-month period shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the same period.

Account Suspension & Closure

ah444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion, or bonus abuse.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.
• Extended periods of account inactivity (see Dormant Account Policy below).
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.

Voluntary Closure: Players who wish to close their ah444 account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed and real-money balances above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the player's designated payment method. Bonus credit that has not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Dormant Account Policy: An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. ah444 will send a notification to the registered email address prior to applying any dormancy policy. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative fee in accordance with applicable law. Players may reactivate dormant accounts by contacting support.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and your use of the ah444 platform are intended to be governed by applicable general principles of law to the extent permitted. ah444 operates as an international online entertainment platform and does not make representations regarding compliance with the specific gambling laws of any individual jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before using ah444.

Dispute Resolution: If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your ah444 account, game outcome, bonus, or withdrawal, please follow this escalation process:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Raise your issue directly with the ah444 support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. The support team aims to resolve all complaints within 48 hours of receipt.
2. Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction within 48 hours, submit a formal written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint — [Your Account Username]". ah444 is committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution. All legitimate complaints are investigated thoroughly and impartially. We aim to provide a final response to all formal complaints within 14 calendar days of receipt.

Amendments to These Terms: ah444 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via their registered email address or via a platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of ah444 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.
